Double Deep

Store-Rite Double Deep Racking is a very economical method of achieving storage density in your warehouse. As the name denotes, pallets are stored ’2-deep’, one behind the other, on simialar racks to those used for Single Selective Racking.

Double-Deep racking will require a specialized Deep-Reach Truck that has a specially designed carraige that panographs (reaches out) into the racks. Aisle sizes are commonly 114″ to 126″ wide to accomodate the slightly larger lift-truck.

Your Store-Rite Representative will assist in answering any questions that you may have about Double-Deep Racking, and we would be happy to develop a layout for your warehouse to help you maximize your cube utilization.
